Ralph L. Sparks, age 79, of Tomahawk, KY, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 at his residence. He was born June 24, 1939 in Martin County, KY to the late Frelon Sparks and Maudie Luster Sparks. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Jude Sparks, one brother, Willie O. Sparks, and one granddaughter. He is survived by his son, Ralph Daniel “Danny” (Amy) Sparks of Inez, KY, three daughters; Robin (Charles) Spence, Rhonda (William) Johnson, and Rana “Dee Dee” (Tim) Moore, all of Inez, KY, one brother, Frelon Sparks, Jr. of Wheelersburg, OH, and three sisters; Carol Preece and Mary Pack, both of Inez, KY, and Thelma Maynard of Louisa, KY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Sparks Family Cemetery, Inez, KY. Friends may visit the funeral home on Monday and Tuesday after 5 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
 

​​​Pearl Fletcher, age 54, of Warfield, KY, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at St. Joseph East in Lexington, KY. She was born May 25, 1964 in Indiana to Bernard “Bob” Harless and Gertrude Workman Harless. She is preceded in death by her sister, Sandy Harless Hammond, niece, Courtney Lynn Hammond, and her half-brother, Kenny Harless. She is survived by her husband, Elbert Fletcher, son, Jason K. Fields of Louisville, KY, daughters; Amanda Desirae Fields and Kristen Renee Maynard, both of Warfield, KY, stepson, Alvin (Rebecca) Fletcher of Louisville, KY, stepdaughter, Tiffany Fletcher of Davella, KY, brother; Homer Harless of Milo, KY, David Hammond of Milo, KY, whom she considered a brother, 2 sisters; Patsy Ramey of Milo, KY and Hester Harless of Inez, KY, Becky Harless of Milo, KY whom she considered a sister, two half-brothers; Roger (Becky) Harless of Hurricane, WV and Bernard (Thelma) Harless of Hamlin, WV, half-sister, Cathy (Frankie) Persinger of Culloden, WV, half-sister-in-law, Drema Harless of Hurricane, WV and seven grandchildren, Santana Fields, Hayden Turner, Hannah Fields, Kendrick Sartin, Samantha Byrd, Addison Gilliam, and Phoenix Fletcher. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 11 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Arnold Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens, Louisa, KY.    Ida Mae Fannin, age 93, of Martin County, Ky., passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at her residence. She was born December 15, 1924, to the late Morgan Hensley and Henrietta Stafford Hensley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Walter Fannin, one son; Joe “Cat” Fannin, one brother; Richard Granville Cline, two sisters; Clementine Kirk and Elizabeth Dalton, and four grandchildren.
 She is survived by four sons; Jerrell Fannin of Williamsport, Ky., Etsel Fannin of Tomahawk, KY., John Fannin of Marion, Ohio and James Fannin of Tomahawk, KY., one daughter; Henrietta James of Tennessee, twenty-seven grandchildren, forty-two great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
 Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, June 16, 2018, in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home, with Lonnie Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow in the Stafford Cemetery, Milo, KY. Friends may visit the Funeral Home after 6 PM Thursday all day Friday and until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home.

Sarah Elizabeth Fletcher Endicott, age 87, of Inez, KY, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Three Rivers Medical Center. She was born March 19, 1931, in Martin County, KY, to the late Martin Fletcher and Pearl Moore Fletcher. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Walter Endicott, one daughter, Christine Waugh and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by two sons; Ronald Cline of Inez, KY and Donnie Cline of Blaine, KY, one daughter; Sandra Chapman of Crum, WV, and 3 sisters; Lucille Fletcher of KY, Angeline Burnette of Nolan, WV and Martha Kirk of Warfield, KY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.  
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday June 12, 2018, in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Moore Cemetery at Pilgrim, KY. Richard (Doc) Maynard and David Bowen will officiate. Friends may visit the funeral home on Monday June 11, 2018 from 5PM till 9PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.

Dr. William “Art” Hobbs, age 75, of Richmond, KY, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at his residence. He was born July 28, 1942 in Beauty, KY to the late John Hobbs and Mae Alley Hobbs. He was a minister and pastored several Nazarene churches over the past 53 years. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers; Don Hobbs and Columbus Hobbs, and two sisters; Pauline Testerman and Betty Sluss. He is survived by his wife, Janet Mills Hobbs, three sons; Kevin (Lori) Hobbs of Georgetown, KY, Kent (Beth) Hobbs of Athens, OH, and Jake (Regina) Hobbs of Corinth, KY and two sisters; Jean Geitguey of Wadsworth, OH and Barbara Farmer of Copley, OH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; John Kevin Hobbs, Tyler Hobbs, Hannah Hobbs, Kayla Hobbs, Taylor Hobbs, Lydia Hobbs, and Alyssa Hobbs and 5 Great Grandchildren; Connor Enzor, Bentlee Rayburn, Chandler Hobbs, Willow Hobbs, and Natalie Hobbs. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Turkey Creek Church of the Nazarene with Kent Hobbs and Garrett Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Mills-Horn-Crum Cemetery of Turkey Creek, Inez, KY. Friends may visit Friday at the Crum Funeral Home from 6 PM to 9 PM and Saturday at the church from 11 AM until time of the funeral. Charles David O’Daniel, age 55, of Inez, KY, passed away, June 3, 2018 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonburg, KY. Born June 25, 1962 in Lawrence County KY., to the late Pearl David Mills and Sarah Linda Wiley Mills. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by one brother, Billy Joe O’Daniel. He is survived by two brothers; Pearl David Mills Jr. and his wife Melissa of Inez, KY, and Bradley Mills of Ohio., also surviving him are seventeen nieces and nephews, Ivenna Rose Reed, Angel Marie Mills, Josh Crum, Corey Mills, Hannah Crum, Myra Mills, Donny Gilliam, Katrena Gilliam ( Dustin Mollett), Blade Blackburn, Justin Blackburn, Jason Blackburn, Shaden Horn, Mistic Horn, Allison Johnson, Keira Jayde Mollett, Bradley Alexander Mills and Courtney Megan Mills.
By the request of family there will be no funeral or visitation at this time, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Donations may be made to the Crum Funeral Home to assist with cost.

Grace Muncy Stepp, age 86, of Inez, KY, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born April 29,1932 in Martin County, KY to the late Millard Muncy and America Maynard Muncy. Grace was a faithful member of Louisa Church of God. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Blaine T. Stepp, Sr., her brother, Thomas J. Muncy, Sr., her sister, Nancy Muncy, and one grandchild, Jeana Marcum. She is survived by three sons; Blaine T. (Fran) Stepp, Jr. of Inez, KY, Eddie (Dottie) Stepp, Sr. of Vanceburg, KY, and Paul L. (Lora) Stepp, Sr. of Louisa, KY, two daughters; Glendyne Marcum and Vicki (Mickey) Jude, both of Inez, KY, and one sister Mattie Osborne of Inez, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; Lisa (Stewart) Wells, Judith Ann Stepp, Eddie Joe (Jessica) Stepp, Jr., Jennifer (Trevor) Lyon, Paula (Ashton) Rickman, Paul L. (fiancé Jessica) Stepp, II, and Sabrina Moore, 7 great grandchildren; Danielle, Justin, April, Audree, Brayden, Daxton, and Jenna, and 3 great great grandchildren, Luke, Eli and Miranda. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Eddie Stepp, Sr., Paul Stepp, Paul Stepp II, and Eddie Joe Stepp, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens, Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the funeral home on Wednesday from 5 PM to 8 PM.  Katherine Mills, age 90, of Inez, KY., passed away Wednesday, June 6th, 2018, at the Martin County Health Care Facility. She was born April 5th,1928 to the late Leonard Mills and Virgie Davis Mills. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers; Russell, Oliver and William Mills, four sisters; Evelyn, Colotene, Hestel and Ovie Mills. She is survived by two brothers; Cletis Mills of Columbus, Ohio and Wade Mills of Columbus, Ohio., one sister; Vernita Fuller of Columbus, Ohio., special nieces; Sue Fannin and Francis Goble. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews  Funeral Services will be held at 2PM on Friday, June 8th, 2018 in the chapel of the Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mills Cemetery at Debord. Roger Harless will officiate. Friends may visit the funeral home from 11AM until time of services on Friday.
