Carol Sue Burns, age 73, of Tomahawk, KY, passed away July 13, 2019 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Phelps, KY. She was born April 28,1946 in Floyd County, KY to the late Oscar and Annie Fields Burns. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John D. Burns ,one daughter, Sharon Phillips Fraley, one brother, Carl Farley and one sister, Linda Harmon. She is also survived by one daughter Karlee ( Buddy) Mills of Tomahawk, KY. six grandchildren, Don Phillips, Zack Phillips, Toby Fraley, Dwayne Mills, Makayla Mills, Andrea Mills. At the request of family there will be no services at this time.
