Connie Sue (Mills) Marcum

Connie Sue Marcum, age 56, of Wayne, WV, passed away January 10, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 9, 1963 in Martin County, KY to the late Russell and Shirley Mills. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ance Marcum, two brothers, Albert Mills and Paul Mills, and four sisters; Regina Faye Mills, Vada Mills, Donna Jean MIlls, and Bessie Mills. She is survived by three sons; Paul Anthony Marcum and Ance Matthew Marcum, both of Wayne, WV, and Kenneth Allen Marcum of Crum, WV, two daughters, Misty Dawn Marcum and Shirley Lynn Marcum, both of Wayne, WV, four brothers; Garland Mills of Pilgrim, KY, Clyde Russell Mills of Columbus, OH, Luther Mills of Beauty, KY, and Charles Edward Mills of Marrowbone, WV, and three sisters; Mary Ann Whitt of Louisa, KY, Gwenda Vera Maynard of Beauty, KY, and Willa Dean Messer of Kermit, WV. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 11 AM at the Rosetown Church with Charles Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Mills Cemetery on Turkey Creek, Inez, KY. Friends may visit the church after 4 PM on Monday. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral services. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
