Donna Lou Chafins

Donna Lou Chafins, age 58, of Staffordsville, KY, passed away May 31, 2019 at her residence. She was born August 8, 1960 in Williamson, WV to the late Jeff Chafins and Columbia Collins Vanover. She is survived by her companion, Mitchell White of Louisa, KY, two daughters, Jerri Michelle Frazier of Staffordsville, KY and Devonna (TC) Maynard of Van Lear, KY, two brothers, Fred (Carol) Chafins and Jeff (Tammy) Chafins of Inez, KY, and four sisters: Jonell (Jr) Hensley of Lenore, WV, Pat (Sidney) Finley of Lovely, KY, Carol (Jr) Cantrell of Inez, KY and Lois Becker of Catlettsburg, KY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Whitney Johnson, Bryan Johnson, Aidan Maynard, Avianna Maynard, and Coast Maynard. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 11 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Jeremy Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Newsome Ridge Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
