Gleandene (Johnson) Rainwater

Gleandene Rainwater, age 73, of Inez, KY, passed away August 11, 2019 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. She was born June 11, 1946 to the late Robert Johnson and Geneva Howard Johnson in Mt. Gay, WV. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Josephine Johnson and Norma Mahon. She is survived by her husband, Arnold T. Rainwater, one son, John T. Rainwater and one daughter, Danna (Anthony) Paradis, both of Inez, KY, four brothers: Harold Johnson and James Johnson, both of Tomahawk, KY, Dave Johnson of Louisa, KY, and Glen Johnson of Inez, KY, four sisters: Hester Johnson, Shirley Moore, and Wanda McCoy, all of Tomahawk, KY and Lisa Howell of McDowell, KY. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Kody and Dakota Rainwater, and a special sister, Garnett Bowen of Louisa, KY. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Steve Rose officiating. Burial will follow in the Rainwater Family Cemetery at Peter Cave. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
