Hazel Mae Howard

Hazel Mae Howard, three months old, passed away on October 2, 2019 at her residence. She was born June 27, 2019 to Billy Tyler Ray Howard and Hayley Alexis Mills Howard in Floyd Co., KY. She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Carl Douglas Mills and Shannon Seymore, her paternal grandparents, Mitchell and Robin Howard, her maternal great grandparents, Cecil Ray Mills and Angel Kennedy and her paternal great grandparents, Billy Ray Howard, Nancy Howard, and Peachie Maynard. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, October 4, 2019 after 4 PM. At the request of the family, there will be no additional services. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
