Howard Blackburn

Howard Blackburn, age 76, of Inez, KY passed away April 28, 2019 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born April 28, 1943 to the late Jasper and Cora Bryant Blackburn in Martin County, KY. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers: Carl Blackburn, Curtis Blackburn and Darrell Blackburn. He is survived by his wife Deanna Sue Pelfrey Blackburn, one daughter, Gina Patricia Blackburn of Inez, KY, and one brother, Chester Blackburn of Inez, KY. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 11 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Casey Carver officiating. Burial will follow in the James Cemetery, Inez, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
