Justin Maynard

Justin Maynard, age 31, of Fort Gay, WV, passed away July 4, 2019 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. He was born August 21, 1987 in Louisa, KY to Andy Maynard and Ella Victoria Daniels Maynard. In addition to his father and his mother, he is survived by his life long partner, Michelle Hatfield, their dog that was his baby, Si Maynard, one stepson, Austin Hatfield, his stepmother, Cathy Maynard, two brothers, Andy (AJ) Maynard, Jr. of Inez, KY and Zachary Maynard of Paintsville, KY, one sister, Kandi Danielle Adkins of Fort Gay, WV, his stepfather, Phillip Butcher, three stepbrothers: Michael Dan Butcher, Casey Music and Travis Music, all of Paintsville, KY,  and one stepsister, Katelyn Wamsley of Paintsville, KY. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Maynard Cemetery of Thickety Fork. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 4 PM to 9 PM on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
