Robert Lindo Matthews

Robert Lindo Matthews, age 71, of Debord, KY, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at Kings Daughter's Medical Center in Ashland, KY. He was born January 10, 1947 to the late Woodrow and Garnet Justice Matthews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Molly Cline Matthews, one son, Brian Matthews, two brothers: Ross and Russell Matthews, three sisters: Levonda Whitt, Phyllis Fant, and Florence Baker, and one grandchild, Rebecca Matthews. He is survived by one son, Michael (Peggy) Matthews of Debord, KY, one daughter, Pamela Wright of Debord, KY, and one sister, Mary Green Volle of Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren: Michael Matthews, Brandon Matthews, Brenton Matthews, Maria Matthews, Brian Matthews, Justin Wright, Payton Hamilton and Zachary Hamilton and a special niece, Jessica (Richard) Pinson. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Matthews Family Cemetery, Debord, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
