Rosa Darlene (Carr) Burke

Rosa Darlene Burke, age 70, of Louisa, KY, passed away July 21, 2019 at Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born July 3, 1949 to the late Bill and Millie Maynard Carr in Louisa, KY. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Douglas "Bunk" Burke. She is survived by her three sons: Michael (Lucy) Burke, Darrell (Teresa) Burke, and Joshua (Amber Blackburn) Burke, all of Louisa, KY, one brother, Waymond Carr of Ashland, KY and one sister, Kathy Meggit of Belview, OH. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Myla Chai Burke, Michael Douglas Burke, Jr., Melanie Hope Burke, Braxton Gage (Kara) Burke, and Aidan Isaiah Burke, and two great grandchildren, Oakland Gage Burke and Addy Kate Burke. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Tommy Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Burke Family Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
