Shirley Ann Hensley

Shirley Ann Hensley, age 70, of Ashland, KY, passed away October 27, 2019 at Kingsbrook Life Care Center in Ashland, KY. She was born in Hode, KY on August 24, 1949 to the late Thomas Dalton, Jr. and Virginia Alley Stepp, now of Grove City, OH. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Elijah Isaac Jude, her second husband, Brady Bradley, her third husband, Waybern Hensley, one brother, Paul Stepp, one sister, Minerva Choate, and one grandchild, Ervin "Bubby" Spaulding. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her stepfather, Donald Stepp, one son, Jeffery (Jennifer) Jude of Inez, KY, two daughters, Kate Annette Jude Spaulding and Michell Lynn Jude (John) Parsley, both of Ashland, KY, two sisters, Pauline Bentley of Delaware, OH and Liz Bailey of Grove City, OH. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Katelynn A. Kole (Isaac Elijah Spaulding), Khira Parsley, Jordan Parsley, Kenneth Jude, Jada Howell, Jonathon Delong, and James Devin Blamer. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Independent Holiness Church of God of Williams Branch, Hode, KY with George Alley and Lloyd Alley officiating. Burial will follow at the Alley Family Cemetery, Hode, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday and Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
