Terry Smith Obituary

Terry Lynn Smith, age 48, of Inez, KY, passed away April 25, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 10, 1970 to James W. Smith and the late Nollis Cassady Smith in Paintsville, KY. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by one brother, James Thomas Smith and one sister Pamela Kay Smith. In addition to his father, he is survived by one brother, Mitchell Smith of Inez, KY, two uncles, Russell Smith and William Smith, one aunt, Helen Fields, four nieces: Tawny Smith, Holliann Smith, Allanria Smith and Jada Smith, one nephew, Cameron Smith, and one great niece, Rory. He is also survived by several cousins. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Buddy Stacy and David Stacy officiating. Burial will follow in the Cassady Cemetery, Coldwater Rd., Inez, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM and on Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
