Addie (Stepp) Fields

Addie Stepp Fields, age 90, of Inez, KY, passed away January 1, 2023 at Martin County Healthcare Facility. She was born March 24, 1932 in Martin County, KY to the late Andrew Jackson Stepp and Rosa Staton Stepp. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Monroe Fields, three brothers, Oll Stepp, Spencer Stepp, and Gail Stepp, and four sisters, Susie Dunlow, Ruth Cain, Bertina Damron, and Virginia Stepp. She is survived by her two sons, Wayne (Lois) Fields of Van Lear, KY and David (Mildred) Fields of Inez, KY, and one daughter, Diana (Harold) Slone of Beauty, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Stephanie (Keith) Mills, Dean (Susan) Slone, Lauren (Baker) Reynolds, Logan (Leah) Fields, Alitta (Brandon Sullivan) Fields, and Lakin (Curtis Evans) Fields, and ten great-grandchildren, Abigail Brown, Sarah Mills, Layla Fields, Kirsten Slone, Braxton Slone, Kenzlee Slone, Jacob Sullivan, Madison Sullivan, Drake Evans, and Aubree Evans. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Wayne Fields officiating. Burial will follow at the Stepp Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
