Albert Pinson

Albert Pinson, age 91, of Columbus, OH, passed away January 1, 2024 at Mount Carmel in Columbus, OH. He was born February 10, 1932 in Martin County, KY to the late Richard and Nola Smith Pinson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Rick Pinson, two daughters, Shirley Ann Pinson and Geraldine Pinson, three brothers, Sherman Pinson, Estill Pinson, and Chester Pinson, and two sisters, Ollie Roach and Gladys Osborn. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Ethel Mae McCoy Pinson, four sons, John Michael (Bonnie) Pinson and Thomas (Donna) Pinson, both of Inez, KY, and Edward Albert Pinson and Christopher Pinson, both of Columbus, OH, and three daughters, Connie Francis Crum of Inez, KY, and Bertina Pinson and Mary (Joe) Kelly, both of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Pinson Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
