Ann (Endicott) Pack

Ann (Endicott) Pack, age 65 of Louisa, KY, passed away on March 8, 2026, at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born on April 29, 1960, to the late Paul and Lillian Marie (Marcum) Endicott in Louisa, KY. Ann is survived by her husband, Jerry Pack of Louisa, KY, one son, Jeremy Paul (Jamie) Pack of Louisa, KY, one daughter, Peggy Marie (Paul) Cox of Kenova, WV, one brother, Gene (Lynn) Endicott of Inez, KY, and one sister, Peggy Endicott of Inez, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Ryan (Shailey) Brown, Ryder Brown, Peyton Brown, Kobe Pack, Kendra Pack, Krispian Pack, Kayden Cox and Lillian Mason, and one great grandson, Rowan Knox Brown.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11 AM at the New Friendship United Baptist Church with Michael Horn and Charles Alley officiating. Burial will follow at the Pack Cemetery in Louisa, KY. Friends may visit in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
