Bertha M. (Maynard) Goble

Bertha M. Goble, age 83, of Inez, KY, passed away December 20, 2020 at Martin County Healthcare Facility. She was born January 31, 1937 in Inez, KY to the late Albert and Marie Stepp Maynard. Bertha was a member of the Davella Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Goble, two brothers, James Milton Maynard and Albert Maynard, two sisters, Alice Ann Parks and Dorsa Dina Maynard, one son in law, George L. Harless, and one grandson, Phillip Harless. She is survived by three sons, Ronnie Lee (Virginia) Goble and Chester Daryl (Diann) Goble, both of Inez, KY, and William Ray (Melinda) Goble of Tomahawk, KY, one daughter, Connie Marie Harless of Inez, KY, two brothers, Kyle Edward Maynard of Greenwich, OH and Niles Lawrence (Laura) Maynard of Mansfield, OH, and one sister, Linda Gail (James) Prater of North Fairfield, OH. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Steven (Dawn) Goble, Stacy Thomas, Amanda (Phillip) Horn, Andrew (Ashley) Goble, Rebecca (Chris Rush) Goble, Sarah (Michael) Smutko, Joshua (Margaret) Goble, Cynthia (Damon) Harless-Reed, David (Michelle) Harless, and Daniel (Dacia York) Harless, 18 great grandchildren, Autumn Goble, Mattia Goble, Will Goble, Brady Thomas, Allison Horn, Noah Horn, Zachary Horn, Henry Horn, Hailee Reed, Anthony Harless, Meghan Harless, Maicee Harless, Dovie Harless, Wesley Harless, Graycee Harless, Aiden Smutko, Erik Smutko, and Lyra Faye Goble and her special friends, Betty Grace, Sandy Moore and Rita Pinson. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 11 AM at the Goble Cemetery of Debord with Roger Harless officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 9 AM to 10:30 AM before the service on Tuesday. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
