Betty (Maynard) Fletcher

Betty (Maynard) Fletcher, 65, of Inez, Ky passed away on October 4, 2024. She was born on November 7, 1958, a member of Pack Bottom United Baptist Church. Betty is the daughter of the late Opal (Gilliam) and Truman Maynard. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, James Russell Maynard and Roger Maynard. Betty is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gary Fletcher, daughter; MaryAnn Fletcher (Mason) Pikeville, Ky and son Gary Steven Fletcher (Melanie) Inez, Ky. She has 6 grandchildren, Theodore McCoy, Katie Fletcher, Bryson Fletcher, Beyaunka Wellman, Paige Hicks, and Harper Hicks. Betty loved everyone and enjoyed camping and get-togethers with family and friends. Betty loved camping and held several close friends close to her heart. Betty also leaves behind her siblings; Truman (Markitta) Maynard Jr. of Inez, Ky, Carolyn (Randall) Sweeney of Beauty, Ky, Connie Maynard of Inez, Ky, and Sharon (Paul) Maynard of Union Town, Ky. Family will begin visitation Sunday, October 6th and Monday, October 7th at 5 PM. Friends will be welcomed at 6 PM both days. Visitation will be located at Pack Bottom United Baptist Church. Lonnie Ratliff and Dennis Hughes will be officiating. Her funeral will follow at Pack Bottom United Baptist Church on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, beginning at 1PM. Burial will follow at the Fletcher-Maynard Cemetery in Inez, Ky. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
