Blake David Anthony Tackett

Blake David Anthony Tackett, age 29, of Inez, KY, passed away on December 23, 2022 at his home. He was born February 11, 1993 in Prestonsburg, KY to David Anthony Tackett and Malena Dawn Ramey. Blake is preceded in death by his father, David Tackett and his paternal grandparents, Wade and Wanda Tackett of East Point, KY. In addition to his mother, Malena Ramey, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Margaret and Larry Sprague of Inez, KY and Glen and Connie Ramey of Ulysses, KY, his three sisters, Angelina Tackett, Shalena Layne, and Nakita Layne of Inez, KY. Blake was, also, blessed with a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom loved him very much. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Richard “Doc” Maynard officiating. Burial will follow at the Maynard Cemetery at Grassy School Road. Pallbearers will be Andy Pemberton, Tommy Pemberton, Kyle Hylton, Thatcher Lemaster, Richard Fletcher, and Kennis Fletcher. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
