Carrie Elise Jude

Carrie Elise Jude, age 29, of Winchester, KY, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2020 at U.K. Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born May 10, 1991 to Roger Eugene Jude and Bonnie Jane Workman Jude in Ashland, KY. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Kyle Roger (Virginia McKee) Jude and Benjamin Walker Jude as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She also leaves behind two dogs she rescued, Indie and Arrow, whom she lovingly referred to as "the girls." She was employed in Lexington with Battelle as a quality control inspector. Carrie touched many lives in her 29 years and as an organ donor she continues to have an impact. She will be dearly missed. There will be a memorial service in her honor on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 5 PM to 9 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society Animal Shelter. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
