Christi Elaine (Collins) Mills

Christi Elaine Mills, age 42, of Inez, KY passed away July 30, 2023 at her residence. She was born February 10, 1981 in Columbus, OH to Patricia Riley of Columbus, OH and the late Donald Collins. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Carl Douglas Mills of Inez, KY, two sons, Shawn Mills of Inez, KY and Michael Mills of Hode, KY, one stepson, James Mills of Ashland, KY, one daughter, Sylvia Mills of Warfield, KY, and four stepdaughters, Mary Litton and Brittany Wells, both of Inez, KY, Hayley Howard of Pilgrim, KY and Alexia Mills of Prestonsburg, KY, one brother, Jonathan Collins, Jr. of OH, one sister, Mandy Osborne of Columbus, OH, one stepsister, Erica Straight and her father--in-law with whom she was really close, Cecil Mills of Flemingsburg, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, River Fields, Makinley Fields, Eli Litton, Raylynn Litton, Arabella Barwick, and Corinne Mills. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 1 PM to 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to assist with funeral arrangements. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
