Christopher Darrell Meade

Christopher Darrell Meade, age 48, of Inez, KY, passed away on May 15, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born on December 31, 1976, to the late John "Jiggin' John" Meade and Darlene Meade of Hagerhill, KY. In addition to his father, Christopher was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Carol "Peanut" Harvey and a very special aunt, Rhonda McKenzie. In addition to his mother, Darlene Meade, Christopher is survived by his loving wife, Danetta (Harvey) Meade, two sons, Braden Meade of Lexington, KY, and Aidan Meade of Inez, KY, his father-in-law, Danny (Ida) Harvey of Paintsville, KY, two brothers, Lee (Mary) Meade of Thelma, KY, and Jay (Trisha) Meade of Hagerhill, KY, one sister, Shasta (Jason) Lintner of Lexington, KY, brother-in-law, Dale (Melissa) Carey of Williamson, WV, sister-in-law, Ashley Harvey, four nephews, Alexander Meade, Logan Meade, Jacob Lintner, and Caden Lintner, two nieces, Olivia Lintner and Serenity Harvey, whom he loved like a daughter and special family friends, Tie and Brooke Alley. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 19th, 2025, from 6 PM to 9 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with a church service beginning at 8 PM officiated by Rev. Dr. Dale Carey. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Crum Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
