Clyde Meek, Jr.

Clyde Meek, Jr., age 42, of Beauty, KY passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at ARH Hospital in Prestonsburg, KY. He was the youngest son of the late Clyde Meek, Sr. and Hazel Davis, who survives, of Beauty, KY. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one brother, Earl Ray Meek of Murrells Inlet, SC, one sister, Billie Jean McNeely of Pikeville, KY, two nephews, Steven Lee Marcum of Williamsport, KY and Ashton James Caudill of Pikeville, KY, one brother-in-law, William "Bo" McNeely of Pikeville, KY, and his two best friends and caregivers, Albert and Dusty Sartin of Beauty, KY. Clyde is preceded in death by his father, Clyde Meek, Sr., maternal grandmother, Ellen Davis Maynard, paternal grandmother, Mary Staniford Meek, and sister-in-law, Angel Stephens Meek, and countless friends. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Stepp Family Cemetery on Poplar Fork. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:30 PM to 6 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
