Covey Sweeney Obituary
Covey Sweeney, age 60, of Beattyville, KY, passed away on November 13, 2025, at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. He was born on March 12, 1965, to the late Benny and Opal (Chaffins) Sweeney in Martin County, KY. In addition to his parents, Covey was preceded in death by three brothers, Milton, Marvin and Matthew Sweeney. He is survived by one son, David Sweeney, two daughters, Leann Opal Lowe and Ava Blevins and one sister, Becky Sweeney. Covey is also survived by three grandchildren. There will be no services held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
