Dalla Beth (Holstein) Maynard

Dalla Beth Maynard, age 89, of Mainville, OH, passed away August 18, 2023. She was born April 6, 1934 in Dorothy, WV to the late Elmer and Marie Hostein. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Dallas Edmond Pack, three brothers, Dewey Holstein, Jay Holstein and Billy Holstein, and two sisters, Frida Whittmer and Donna Filson. She is survived by one son, Michael (Kathie) Pack of Lodi, OH, three daughters, Alice Marie Dean of Nimitz, WV, Lydia Pack of Mainville, OH and Sonya (Brian) Pack of Columbus, OH, one brother, Dallas Hostein, and three sisters, Linda Mitchell, Deborah Johnson, and Shirley Holstein. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, Tonya (Scott) Wilson, Amber (Donald) Yarborough, Anthony Dean, Scottie Dean, Dallas Edmond Pack, Eric Murphy, Rebecca (Joe) Daniels, Elijah Daniels, Michael (Amy) Pack, Calvin Pack, Lindsey (Chris) Straley, and Kaitlyn (Clay) Moore, and 19 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 12 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Warnie Pinson officiating. Burial will follow at the Yatesville Cemetery in Louisa, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday and Monday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
