David Allen Hill

David A. Hill, age 52, of Tomahawk, KY, passed away May 29, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born January 11, 1968 to Billy Ray Hammonds and Patricia Hill Hammonds. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Kimberly Vance, and three grandchildren, Jase Hill, Joseph Hill, and Brayden Hill. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Joanie Ann Spence Hill, nine children, Tabitha Hill, Corey (Kendra) Hill, Jason (Kala) Spence, Edna (Gary) Perry, Kevin Spence, Jamie Spence, Brittany (Brandon) Hogsten, David (Sarah) Hill, and Davina (David) Bragg, two brothers, Alex Fannin and Billy Hammonds, both of Tomahawk, KY, and four sisters, Juanita Lafferty of Van Lear, KY, April Shepherd of Louisa, KY, Earlene Angeles of Lexington, KY and Ashley Harless of Tomahawk, KY. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, Madison McKinnon, Cameron Hill, Alyssa Hill, Blake Spence, Bentlee Spence, Sophia Perry, Mason Perry, Conner Perry, Kevin Lee Spence, Akira Bragg, Olivia Bragg, Zoey Hill, Bryson Storms, Zaiden Hogsten, Kashton Hogsten, and Nevaeh Vance, several nieces and nephews and special friends, Kevin Davis, Ed Sorrell, Dwayne Mills, Scottie Maynard and many more. David served as an Oil Technician for many years at Fast Change of Inez. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Kevin Davis and Dwayne Mills officiating. Pall Bearers are as follows: Corey Hill, Jason Spence, David Hill, Billy Hammonds, Hunter Lafferty and Floyd Lafferty. Burial will follow at the Hill Family Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
