Dennis Glenn Farley, 87, of Blaine KY passed away December 19, 2020 at Community Hospice in Ashland.
Glenn was born February 12, 1933 in Pilgrim KY to the late Everett and Nola (Davis) Farley.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings Bert, Christine, Leroy and Clay. He is survived by his bother Don and sister Geraldine.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 64 years Nadine (Spence) Farley and his four children, Glendine Farley (Gary), Marvin (Penny) Farley, Darlene (Ron) Foreman and Dennis (Irma) Farley; six grandchildren, Nathan (Jackie)Trevino, Iris (Justin) Mata, Heather (Jonathan) Gehringer, Jessica (Andy) Fry, Colton (Meaghan) Foreman and Landon Foreman; three great grandchildren, Tatiana, Calvin and Austin.
Glenn was a proud veteran of the US Army who served his country in the Korean War. Following his military service he met and married his wife Nadine. He retired after 38 years with Owens Illinois and returned to his home state of Kentucky. He was an active member and deacon at Cordell FWB Church. He never met a stranger. If you met him, you knew him. He was passionate about life, and was wholeheartedly devoted to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Farley Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
