Derrick Lee Mollett

Derrick Lee Mollett, age 40, of Louisa, KY, passed away March 1, 2023. He was born January 22, 1983 in Louisa, KY to Oakley (Donna) Mollett of Fort Gay, WV and Rita Setser (Rick) Napier of Valparaiso, IN. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Heather Kay Salmons Mollett, one son, Derrick Lee Mollett, Jr. of Louisa, KY, three daughters, Jasmine Mollett of Warfield, KY, Madison Mollett of Paintsville, KY, and Kaytlin Mollett of Louisa, KY, one stepdaughter, Hailey Preston of Dry Ridge, KY, one brother, Michael Allen (Saranda) Mollett of Bourbon Co., KY, and one sister, Crystal Rhodimer of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Clyde Adams officiating. Burial will follow at the Mollett Family Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
