Donald Perry

Donald Perry, age 81, of Inez, KY, passed away September 12, 2021 at Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. He was born February 18, 1940 in Inez, KY to the late William Elbert and Chloe Vina Perry. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Izetta Harless Perry, one son, Johnny Ray Perry, three brothers, Frank Perry, Jeff Perry, and Earl Perry, and four sisters, Maxine Travis, Ella Adams, Hazel Fugate, and Edith Perry Adams. He is survived by one son, James Darvin (Lori) Preece of Tomahawk, KY, and two daughters, Donetta (David) Laffoon of Lyon County, KY and Roxanna Perry of Tomahawk, KY. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Arron Laffoon and Justin Ray Perry. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Don Perry Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 10 until the time of services. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
