Elsie Fannin Obituary

Elsie Fannin, age 88, of Tomahawk, KY, passed away March 25, 2020 at her residence. She was born on February 26, 1932 to the late Garfield Fitch and Nina Mosley Fitch in Martin County, KY. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Vernal Roger Fannin, one son, Doyle Fannin, five brothers: Garfield Fitch, Jr., William Harrison "Bill" Fitch, Nile Fitch, Rayburn Fitch, and John Elmer Fitch and two sisters, Elva Hembree and Ruth Howell. She is survived by her two sons, Darren (Peggy) Fannin of Richmond, KY and Roger Dean (Elizabeth) Fannin of Tomahawk, KY, and two brothers, Forrest Fitch and James "Jim" Monroe Fitch, both of Inez, KY. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Joshua Fannin and Jordan Fannin. A private graveside service will be held for the family on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the Fannin Family Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
