Eva Michelle (Ball) Colaiacovo

Eva Michelle (Ball) Colaiacovo, age 57 of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away on November 2, 2024, at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. She was born on February 7, 1967, to James Clyde Ball and the late Jeweline Coleman in Phelps, KY. In addition to her mother, Eva was preceded in death by one brother, Jamie Ball. She is survived by four sons, Jonathan (Samantha Evans) Hickman, Jordan (Ari King) Hickman, Nunzio Colaiacovo, and Lewis Aesop Guasp, Jr, one brother, Eric Ball, and three grandchildren, Jonathan James Hickman, Jr, Mavick Hickman, and Ronan Hickman. At the request of the family, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
