Evelyn (Runyon) Castle

Evelyn Castle, age 64, of Flat Gap, KY, passed away January 11, 2019 at her residence. She was born May 22, 1954 in Lawrence Co., KY to the late Chester Lee and Beatrice Laney Runyon. She is survived by her husband, James Arthur Jude, one son, Jimmy Ross Castle of Paintsville, KY, one daughter, Sandra Jude of Pikeville, KY, and a granddaughter who was more like a daughter, Danielle Johnson of Morehead, KY. She is also survived by a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with David Bowen and Richard Doc Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Runyon Family Cemetery on Peach Orchard, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM. There will be special services beginning at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Crum Funeral Home to assist with funeral cost. Arrangements are under the Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
