Evelyn Bowen (Fields) Hall

Evelyn Bowen Hall, age 80, of Inez, KY passed away October 6, 2021 at Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. She was born September 13, 1941 in Marrowbone, WV to the late Emery Fields and Florence Fields White. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, William Isaac Bowen, her second husband, Lewis Hall, one daughter, Sharon Kay Chavez, and two son-in-laws, Charles Stafford and James "Slim" Wellman. She is survived by two sons, Allen (Dawn) Bowen of Danville, KY and Joey Bowen of Inez, KY, six daughters, Carolyn Stafford of Mount Sterling, KY, Mary Wellman of Inez, KY, Ruth Phelps and Brenda Moore (Phillip) Pack, both of Staffordsville, KY, Norma Mills of Tutor Key, KY, and Ida Bowen of Bowling Green, KY, two stepdaughters, Carolyn Crislip and Kathy Hall, one stepson, Danny Hall, one brother, Don Fields of Columbus, OH, and one sister, Jane Marcum of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, C.J. Stafford, Michael Stafford, J.D. Kalayil, Brandy Daniels, Jennifer May, Virgil Matthew "Turtle" Johnson, Kara Bowen, Jeremy Bowen, Joshua Bowen, Amber Bowen, Zachary Moore, Matthew Pack, Emily Pack, Hannah Goldman, Coty Phelps, Gabrielle Mills, Alex "Poo" Bowen, Trevor Bowen, Tristan Bowen, Austin Bowen, Isaac Bowen, Emma Joe Bowen, Logan Bowen, Lily Grace Bowen, Nevaeh Bowen, Jordan Faith Keith, Debbie Alvarez, and Eppi Chavez and a host of great grandchildren. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 6 PM to 9 PM. There will be a private graveside service at the Catalpa Cemetery in Louisa with Nathan Harless officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
