Floyd David Cook

Floyd David Cook, age 70, of Louisa, KY passed away October 19, 2021 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. He was born June 1, 1951 in Louisa, KY to the late Charlie and Lola Porter Cook. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Virgie Cook, and two brothers, Charles Cook and Robert Cook. He is survived by one son, Jonathan (Pauline) Cook of Crum, WV, one daughter, Crystal (Wayne) Marcum of Louisa, KY, three brothers, Freeman Cook of Debord, KY, Willis Cook of Inez, KY, and Ellis Cook of OH, and one sister, Darlene Cook of Lowmansville, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Joshua Marcum, Alana Cook, Ryleigh Cook and Dillon Waller, and several nieces and nephews that he loved. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with John Goble officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore Family Cemetery on Debord. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday and Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
