Floyd Edward Mills

Floyd Edward Mills, age 70 of Inez, KY, passed away on February 24, 2025, at the Martin County Healthcare Facility. He was born on May 16, 1954, to the late Floyd Mills and Vicie (Dalton) Mills Oliver in Martin County, KY. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Ray Mills and Evrett Mills. Floyd is survived by four sons, Floyd E. (Margie) Mills, Jr. of Prestonsburg, KY, Stephen Lamar Mills of Louisville, KY, Justin Kyle Mills of Oregon, and Eric Allen (Amanda) Jude of Inez, KY, two daughters, Jacquelyn Renea (Frankie) Stacy of South Carolina, and Vicky Perkins, three sisters, Jackie Galer of Inez, KY, Shelia Crum of Inez, KY, and Iva (Odias) Jude of Inez, KY. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Dwayne Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Mills Family Cemetery at Turkey Creek. Friends may visit the funeral home on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
