Forrest Glenn Sammons

Forrest "Frosty" Glenn Sammons, age 68 of Louisa, KY, passed away on January 15, 2025, at the Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, WV. He was born on November 30, 1956, to the late James Filmore Sammons, Jr. and Mildred Louise (Blackburn) Sammons Adkins in Bethesda, MA. In addition to his parents, Forrest was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Glenn Sammons, and three brothers, Larry Sammons, Timothy Sammons, and Hiram Jackson Sammons. Forrest is survived by his wife, Charity Karen Sammons of Louisa, KY, one son, Adam Sammons of Louisa, KY, one brother, James Sammons of Louisa, KY, and his dog, Freya Marie. Forrest was saved in the Charleston Area Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Blackburn Cemetery in Warfield, KY. Friends may visit the funeral home on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
