Frank F. Carter

Frank F. Carter, age 67, of Louisa, KY, passed away December 19, 2020 at his residence. He was born April 6, 1953 in Martin County, KY to the late Rufus and Ailene Pack Carter. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Melissa Jude, four brothers, Sturgill Carter, Alfred Carter, Johnny Carter, Arie Carter, Jr. and four sisters, Ruby Carter, Peggy Sluss, Eloise Maynard and Blanch Blackburn. He is survived by his wife, Pammy Carter, three sons, Frank Carter, Jr. of Louisa, KY and Brian Carter and Michael Carter, both of Lowmansville, KY, three daughters, Nikkie (Mikie) Hammonds and Tonya (Monroe) McCoy, both of Louisa, KY and Kellie Carter of Oregan, one brother, Oscar (Ollie) Carter of Inez, KY and two sisters, Creassy (Hayes) Jude and Elsie Maynard, both of Inez, KY. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 beginning at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Jimmy Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Carter Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday and Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
