Gavin Tyler Osborne

Gavin Tyler Osborne, age 21, of Columbus, OH, passed away September 25, 2022. He was born August 1, 2001 in Prestonsburg, KY to Shaun Osborne and Carla Brewer Osborne. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Rick and Brenda Harless and Bob and Shelia Maynard, all of Inez, KY, his fiancé, Chloe Muncy-Gerwig of Columbus, OH, five brothers, Deklan Osborne, Jayden Osborne, and Sy Osborne, all of Inez, KY, and Maddox and Xander Gullett, both of Wittensville, KY, and one sister, Bella Osborne of Inez, KY. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 2 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Nathan Harless officiating. Burial will follow at the Crum Family Cemetery, Tomahawk, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
