Gene Mac McCallister

Gene Mac McCallister, age 48, of Columbus, OH passed away May 16, 2022 at his residence. He was born December 30, 1973 in South Williamson, KY. He is preceded in death by one son, Tyler Mac McCallister, and one brother, James Daniel McCallister. He is survived by his wife, Dreama McCallister, four daughters, Angel McCallister, Kristen Varney, Abigail McCallister, and Allison McCallister, all of Ohio, three sons, Logan McCallister of NC, and Lucas Williams and Matthew McCallister, both of Ohio, his parents, Ruby and Harrison Moore and James and Marie McCallister, one grandson, Braylen, one granddaughter, Ozilyn, three sisters, Donzel (Tim) Jude, Britaney McCallister, and Jessica Brown, one brother, Michael (Evelyn) Brown, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, J. Andrew and Patricia Williams, one sister-in-law, Andrea Caracose, six nieces, six nephews and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1 PM at the Buck Branch United Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Stacy Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church on Thursday from 6 PM to 11 PM and all day Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
