Hester Ruth (Mollett) Francis

Hester Ruth Francis, age 72, of Columbus, OH, passed away August 7, 2020 at her residence. She was born May 9, 1948 to the late Johnny Mollett and Janie Meade Mollett in Martin County, KY. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Carley Mollett and John C. Mollett, Jr., and six sisters, Lucy Jane Barnett, Elsie Daniels, Mary Evelyn Armentrout, Gladys Jabanonski, Wilma Moore, and Nada Williamson. She is survived by her husband, Sterling Francis, two sons, Tony R. (Tiffany) Francis and Darrin R. (Renae) Francis, both of Columbus, OH, one daughter, Malena M. (Don) Eastham of Pickaway Co., OH, two brothers, Arlen Mollett of Inez, KY and Clinton Mollett of Tomahawk, KY, and two sisters, Corine Preece of Inez, KY and Maxine Marcum of Louisa, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 10, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Lonnie Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow at the Mollett Family Cemetery, Tomahawk, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
