Ima Jean (Collins) Parsons

Ima Jean Parsons, age 57, of Warfield, KY passed away March 17, 2022 at Highlands Appalachian Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg,  KY. She was born March 18, 1964 in Wolf Creek, KY to the late Jeff and Ruth Jude Collins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her three brothers, Jimmy Collins, Ronald Collins, and John Collins, and three sisters, Lucille Raines, Rose Patrick and Darlene Preece. She is survived by four sons, Derek (Lejeana) Parsons of Warfield, KY, Devan (Tierra) Parsons of Wolf Creek, KY, Montgomery Parsons of Warfield, KY and Anthony (Erica) Preece of Columbus, OH, one daughter, Alisha (James) Patrick of Morehead, KY, and six sisters, Letha Smith of Warfield, KY, Odessa Fields of Crum, WV, Rebecca Patrick of Inez, KY, Grace Yont of MO, Debra Collins of Columbus, OH, and Mary Cline of Lovely, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Titan, Arianna, Garrett, Brody, Logan, Harper, Kinley and Morgan. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 11 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Neil Patrick and Lonnie Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow in the Maynard Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
