James Edward Kilgore

James Edward Kilgore, age 70, of Ulysses, KY, passed away April 17, 2021 at his residence. He was born February 7, 1951 in Pilgrim, KY to the late James Roy Kilgore and Louise Maynard Kilgore. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Jean Davis Kilgore, and one brother, Vernon Kilgore. He is survived by his daughter, Nancy Jo Kilgore of Richmond, KY, four sisters, Billie Jean (Kenny) Phillips of Mooresburg, TN, Deloris Kay (Randall) Fields of Inez, KY, Ida Laura (Gary) Ferrell of Niceville, FL, and Sharon Lynn (Ricky) Endicott of Louisa, KY, and one grandson, Lincoln Edward Kilgore of Richmond, KY. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Ed was a member of the Union United Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Terry Harmon officiating. Burial will follow at the Cassady Cemetery on Coldwater. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
