Jamie Stacy

Jamie Stacy, age 51, of Kermit, WV passed away August 24, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. He was born July 29, 1970 in Williamson, WV to the late Millard Stacy and Mary Lou Jude Stacy. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Harvey Stacy and Raymond Lee Stacy. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Linda Gail Jackson Stacy, one daughter, Kelsey Marie (Waylon) Dingess of Lovely, KY, two brothers, Ricky (Dorothy) Stacy of Lovely, KY and Denver (Millie) Stacy of Crum, WV, and three sisters, Sarah A. (Ernie) Howard, Merky (Junebug Fannin) Jude, and Doris Jean Stacy, all of Pilgrim, KY. He is also survived by two grandchildren that he loved with all his heart, Jameson Dingess and Josiah Dingess, several nieces and nephews, a great niece, Emalyn Justice, and a host of cousins that were like brothers and sisters. Jamie attended Buck Branch United Baptist church. He was always thinking of others and will be missed by so many. His kindness and thoughtfulness will be remembered by many. He was a true child of God and will leave a legacy of always directing others toward God and encouraging them to live for Him. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Buck Branch United Baptist Church with Buddy Stacy and David Stacy officiating. Burial will follow at the Stacy Cemetery on Middle Burning Creek in Kermit, WV. Friends may visit at the church on Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 6 PM. At the request of the family, masks are required by all in attendance. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
