Obituary
Jeffery Allen Ward of Mingo County, West Virginia passed Away at the age of 54 on August 8, 2023 at his home. Jeffery was born June 2, 1969 to Dorothy Marie (Baker) Ward of Greenville, Ohio and Oakey Ward of Martin County, Kentucky.
Jeffery is preceded in death by his mother and father. Jeffery is survived by three brothers; James (Sandra) Ward of Teays Valley, West Virginia, Timothy (Gretta) Ward of Martin County, Kentucky and Clayton Ward of Martin County, Kentucky.
Jeffery is survived by three children ; Stacy Ward (Todd) Mattews of Warfield Kentucky, Amber Ward (Ron Jones) of Warfield Kentucky and Joshua (Katie) Ward of Lee County, Kentucky. Jeffery is also survived by five Grandchildren; Joesph Zane Matthews, Juniper Matthews, Sadie Grace Ward, Asher Ward and Jerimiah Stacy.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 1 PM with Buddy Stacy and David Stacy officiating. Burial will follow at the Ward Family Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
