Jerry Michael Adams

Jerry Michael Adams, age 65, of Louisa, KY passed away April 14, 2021 at Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. He was born July, 3, 1955 in Paintsville, KY to the late Clell Adams and Omega Penix Adams of Louisa, KY. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one son, Jeffery Adams. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Ethel Davis Adams, one son, John (Susan) Adams of Louisa, KY, one daughter, Jennifer (Redford) Lemaster of Blaine, KY, and three brothers, Tony Adams and Terry Adams of Tomahawk, KY, and Clyde Adams of Inez, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Jillian Adams, Alexandria Patrick, Grant Vanhoose, Davis Vanhoose, Arlie Lemaster, and Abram Lemaster and one great grandchild, Jonathan Cole Patrick. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Clyde Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Garden. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday and Sunday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
