John Brown

John Brown, age 73, of Tomahawk, KY, passed away on July 15, 2025, at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, KY. He was born on June 22, 1952, to the late Thomas Jasper and Bertha Mae (Carnley) Brown in Palatka, FL. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Brown, two brothers, George David Brown and Thomas Delwin Brown, and one sister, Clora Mae Ingle. He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Long of Tomahawk, KY, one brother, Timmothy Brown of Florida, and four grandchildren, Darien Long, Emily Long, Lily Long, and Annie Long. At the request of the family there will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
