John Gregory Crum

John Gregory Crum, age 69, of Inez, KY, passed away March 7, 2023 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born May 22, 1953 in Inez, KY to the late Isaac and Hattie Mills Crum. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, John Gregory Crum, Jr., his daughter, Tonda Crystal Crum, four brothers, Lonnie Ersel Crum, Paul David Crum, Isaac Crum, Jr., and Jimmy Crum, and one sister, Greta Jo Sheppard. He is survived by his wife, Linda Zeek Crum of Inez, KY, his brother-in-law that he thought of like a son, Kenny Zeek of Mount Sterling, KY, and two sisters, Hollis Ann Smith and Sonja Kay Wright, both of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by two grandchildren, William Gregory Fitch and Trenton Nathaniel Fitch, both of Menifee County, KY. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Sammy Ray Patrick officiating. Burial will follow at the Mills Horn Crum Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 11 AM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donation be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
