John Clifton McGinnis

John Clifton McGInnis, age 78, of Louisa, KY, passed away July 15, 2023 in Grayson, KY. He was born December 26, 1944 in Debord, KY to the late James and Judy McGinnis. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Parsley McGinnis, one brother, Stanley McGinnis, and one sister, Phyllis McCoy. He is survived by one son, Jeff (Tammy) McGinnis of Louisa, KY, three brothers, Darwin (Opal) McGinnis of Tomahawk, KY, Jamie (Kim) McGinnis of Lowmansville, KY, and Irwin Harley (Joyce) McGinnis of Inez, KY, and two sisters, Lynn (Melvin) Bowen of TN, and Fran (Blaine T.) Stepp of Inez, KY. He is also survived by one grandchild, Jordan (Briana) McGinnis of Mount Sterling, KY, two great grandchildren, Hunter Blake McGinnis and Colton Bradley McGinnis, and a host of of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Phillip Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at the Riverview Memorial Garden in Louisa, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
