John Stanley Weddington

John Stanley Weddington, age 75 of Tomahawk, KY, passed away on March 29, 2021 at his residence. He was born on May 22, 1945 in Pikeville, KY to the late Woodrow and Susie (Bunch) Weddington. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Ava (Horn) Weddington, one son, Johnathan Weddington, and one sister, Dorothy Gross. John is survived by two sons, Dean (Debbie) Weddington and Todd (Jennifer) Weddington, both of Tennessee, one daughter, Melissa (Chris) Biggers of Tennessee, and five sisters, Mae (Herbert) Cochran, Jettan (Jimmy) Burnette, Avonella Mitchell, Rita (David) Carter, and Sandra Slone, all of Pikeville, KY. John is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 2 PM in the Chapel of the Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY with Lonnie Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow at the Fannin Cemetery in Tomahawk, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 31 from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
