Jonie Moore

Jonie Moore, age 86, of Beauty, KY, passed away April 18, 2020. He was born in Wolf Creek, KY on October 4, 1933 to the late Roosevelt and Lucy Mills Moore. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Smith Moore, brothers, Lacy Moore, Roosevelt Moore, Jr., and McKinley Moore and a sister, Vinnie Moore.

He is survived by his three sons, Mike (Sherry) Moore of Boons Camp, KY, Mitchell Moore and Jonie, Jr. (Emmie) Moore, both of Inez, KY, two daughters, Malisa (Dwayne) Crum and Shelia (Eddie) Howell, both of Inez, KY, his eleven grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Eugene (Thelma) Moore and Ballard (Sharon) Moore, six sisters, Addie Farley, Dorothy Robinson, Virgie (Lowell) Muncy, Kennie Preece, Arizona (Conley) Horn, and Judy Mae Kline, along with many nieces and nephews. 
Jonie was known for many things, like being an hard worker, hunting and cooking Sunday dinners, but most of all for the love he shared for his family. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. 
A private service will be held for the family with James Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery, Beauty, KY. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
