Joyce Lowe, age 68, of Williamson, WV passed away September 17, 2021 at Tug Valley Appalachian Regional Healthcare in South Williamson, KY. She was born November 25, 1953 in Williamson, WV to the late James Edward Kline and Joyce Evelyn Zank Kline. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Gina Renee (Tommy) Cantrell, and one brother, James Kline. She is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Kaye (Tony) Austin of Williamson, WV, four brothers, Arthur (Nancy) Kline of Toler, KY, Mike (Sharon) Kline of Belfry, KY, Steve (Kim) Kline of Murfeesboro, TN, and James Zank of Louisiana, and two sister, Patty Rubero of Fresno, CA and Louise (David) Childress. She is also survived by three grandchildren, James Ford, Caiden Cantrell, and Hannah Cantrell. At the request of the family, there will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
